Return Process

  Print Your Label

  After your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and securely seal the box before attaching the prepaid label to the exterior.

  Ship and Receive

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
